上記は2010年12月17日の、あるBLOGの記事ですが、米国海軍の常温核融合研究センター、"Spa War"の研究者が、米国化学会において、実質的に初の、「（真実を証明する）研究報告を行い、LENRという実験施設で高エネルギーの中性子を観測した。ことが書かれていました。サンフランシスコ湾の表層１フィートの海水を採取するだけで、人類が50～100年に必要とするエネルギーを賄えるとのこと。
